Status: Open for applications

Who qualifies

  • Businesses are encouraged to participate in learning activities curated by the Queen Bees; SWDA subsidies apply when taking up SWDA-supported courses and initiatives.
  • Networks are open to all businesses in the relevant sector; a business may join multiple relevant networks.
  • For the AETOS security-sector offer, security agencies must be registered or incorporated in Singapore. The page describes SMEs as employment size no more than 200 OR annual turnover no more than S$100 million, and also advertises non-SME support.
  • AETOS training subsidies depend on the applicable course-funding rules; its brochure lists Singapore Citizen/PR eligibility and higher rates for eligible SMEs and Singapore Citizens aged 40 or above.

What it funds

  • Employee training, upskilling, course fees
  • Core capabilities — strategy, HR, finance, branding, processes
  • Adopting digital tools, software, e-commerce, cybersecurity

Costs covered: Course fees and trainer costs; Third-party consultant or professional service fees.

Maximum support: up to 90%.

Network membership is free. AETOS advertises up to 90% support for SMEs and up to 70% for non-SMEs for supported training and mentorship; this is a sector-partner offer, not a universal network funding rate.

No scheme-wide cash cap is stated. The AETOS brochure illustrates S$9,000/S$7,000 support on an estimated S$10,000 proof-of-concept; these are example amounts, not universal caps. Sembcorp Solar's FAQ says both SMEs and non-SMEs are eligible for up to a maximum of three SWDA-funded proof-of-concept projects (the FAQ uses the former agency name) (SME up to 90%, non-SME up to 70%).

Payment: Not stated on official pages.
