What we collect
Your email address, for the notify list and for signing in. What you type into the grant finder and your applications. Technical request logs, including your IP address, which we keep for 30 days.
Why
To email you when the tool opens. To send updates, only if you ticked that box. To sign you in and save your work. To keep the service secure.
Who processes it for us
Hetzner hosts our servers in Finland, EU. Resend delivers our email. Because our servers are outside Singapore, we protect transfers as Singapore's PDPA requires.
How long
We keep the notify list until the launch email is sent and for 30 days after, or until you unsubscribe, unless you asked for updates. We keep account and application data until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To access, correct or delete your data, write to contact@latura.sg.
