2. Approved projects listed on SGInnovate's webpage for talent applications.
3. Shortlisted talent complete technical proficiency test(s) for the selected projects.
4. Final talent review and selection with the organisation and SGInnovate.
5. Trainee begins the 12-month programme; organisation and SGInnovate identify external training needs and develop on-the-job training plans.
6. Review the potential to onboard the trainee as a full-time employee after the 12 months.
