Who qualifies
- Must be registered in Singapore.
- Business entity registered and operating in Singapore, with at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporeans and/or Singapore PRs, by ultimate individual ownership.
- Activity 1 (FTA and trade compliance advisory): the company must export to and/or have operations in overseas markets. Tariff impact is not required for this activity.
- Activities 2 and 3 (legal and contractual advisory; supply chain optimisation and market diversification advisory): the company must export to and/or have operations in overseas markets, and have been impacted by tariffs, directly or indirectly.
- Activity 4 (reconfiguration): the company must export to and/or have overseas operations, have been impacted by tariffs, and own at least 51% of the local or overseas manufacturing operations that need reconfiguration. Distributors without manufacturing operations are not eligible for this activity.
- 'Tariff measures' means the US tariff announcements of April 2025 and later developments arising from them, such as retaliatory measures and countermeasures from other markets. Indirect impact through supply chain disruption or changed trade flows can qualify.
- For-profit Singapore-registered entities only. Non-profits, societies, religious entities, venture capital companies, investment holding companies and government subsidiaries are rejected, as are shell registrations and companies whose main business operations are outside Singapore.
- Activities 1 to 3 must use a BizAdapt pre-approved vendor. Activity 4 may use any vendor.
- No relationship, connection, association or dealings, direct or through directors or shareholders, between the applicant and its consultant or vendor; a conflict of interest means rejection.
- Each application covers one activity. Group applications (two or more companies on one form) are not allowed.
- Reconfiguration support covers only logistics (for example freight, handling, customs clearance) and inventory holding (for example warehouse rental, inventory management systems) for manufacturing relocation or change of supplier. Equipment, factory rental, salaries, training, and costs borne by outsourced manufacturing partners are not supported. Actual reconfiguration must take place.
- Not supported: in-house activities, training, implementation of new systems or software, tariff or duty payments, court litigation fees, legal retainers, insurance, staff hiring, marketing for new markets, and capital expenditure.
- The project must not have started, and no payment or deposit made to a supplier, vendor or third party, before the application is submitted; retrospective applications are not supported. Contracts with the consultant or vendor may be signed only after submission.
- Applications should be submitted no more than 6 months before the project start date. A project may run for at most 24 months.
- Third-party companies may not apply for or manage the grant for the applicant; vendors may not submit applications, change requests or claims.
- Newly registered companies (under one year) may apply with unaudited financial statements or certified management accounts from incorporation.
- May be combined with other schemes, but not for the same scope of work, service or activity.
- Minimum local shareholding (%): 30.
What it funds

- Meeting regulatory, licensing or standards requirements
Costs covered: Third-party consultant or professional service fees; Explain in notes.
Maximum support: up to 70%.
Up to 70% for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs; the grant page says this enhanced level takes effect 1 April 2026 (Budget 2026), and the March 2026 factsheet says the same. At launch on 7 October 2025 it was up to 50% for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs. The sources read do not define SME for this grant.
Recorded cap: S$100,000.
S$100,000 per company over the two-year scheme period. Project costs and audit costs count towards the same S$100,000. Audit fees are supported up to 50%, capped at S$500. 'other' spend covers logistics and inventory-holding costs for reconfiguration (activity 4); advisory costs (activities 1 to 3) are consultancy.
Payment: Paid after the company incurs the cost and files a claim.
How to apply
Choose one activity and, for activities 1 to 3, a pre-approved BizAdapt vendor and get its proposal or quotation and Letter of Support. Prepare the financial statements and eligibility proof, then log in to the Business Grants Portal with Corppass and submit the application before starting work or paying anyone.
- Identify the activity you are applying for and select a suitable vendor: a pre-approved vendor from the BizAdapt list for activities 1 to 3, or a vendor of your choice for activity 4 (reconfiguration).
- Prepare your documents: financial statements for the past 3 years (plus group documents if you are part of a corporate group), proof of overseas business and tariff impact, and the vendor's proposal or quotation and Letter of Support.
- Sign in with Corppass and apply on the Business Grants Portal (BGP). The company applies itself through its authorised BGP users, with the Preparer or Acceptor role.
- If awarded, receive the Letter of Offer (conditions, grant amount, project qualifying period, deliverables) and accept it within the specified timeline.
- Complete the project and meet all deliverables. Submit a change request on BGP for any change to the end date, claim due date or project costs, including a change of vendor.
- After the project ends, engage an auditor from EnterpriseSG's Pre-Qualified Panel. All BizAdapt claims are audited.
- Submit one final claim on BGP by the claim deadline in the Letter of Offer, with the audit report, the auditor-endorsed Statement of Claim and the project deliverables.
- Receive an email when the claim is approved; the grant is paid by Corporate PayNow or GIRO.
Before applying
- No work started and no payment or deposit made to any supplier, vendor or third party before submission.
- For activities 1 to 3, the vendor must be on the BizAdapt pre-approved list and must give a Letter of Support.
- The company's Corppass administrator has assigned the BGP e-service with the Preparer or Acceptor role to the staff who will submit.

Claiming support
After the project is complete and deliverables are met, engage an auditor from EnterpriseSG's Pre-Qualified Panel, then submit one single final claim on BGP. The approved quantum is final and additional claims are not allowed. Payment is by reimbursement, with no cash advance, through Corporate PayNow (about 14 working days after approval) or GIRO.
Claims must reach EnterpriseSG no later than 3 months from the end of the project qualifying period (the FAQ states this limit); the page says by the claim deadline in the Letter of Offer. Extension needs a change request on BGP before the project end date.
