Who qualifies

  • The applicant must be a not-for-profit organisation.
  • The project must support one or more of Healthy Lives, Empowered Vulnerable Groups, Cohesive Society or Liveable Home.
  • Project expenditure in the budget must be above $50,000.
  • Commercial projects for the sole purpose of profit making, debt or loan repayments, and projects benefiting only an individual are not eligible.
  • Religious, political, and/or ideological activities, including causes or advocacy that may undermine national security, sovereignty or social cohesion in Singapore, are not eligible.

How to apply

Read the Terms and Conditions, log in to the OurSG Grants Portal with CorpPass, and submit under General Project Grants.

  1. Read the Terms and Conditions for Grant Award.
  2. Log in to the OurSG Grants Portal with CorpPass.
  3. Submit under General Project Grants.
  4. Complete Part 1 - Pre-Application with the Project Summary, Project Rationale and Projected Budget.
  5. If Part 1 is successful, complete Part 2 - Application with the Project Budget Breakdown and Key Performance Indicators.
  6. Receive an application acknowledgement from the OurSG Grants Portal.
  7. Respond if Tote Board asks for clarification during assessment.
  8. Receive the application outcome by email.
