How to apply

Eligible employers were notified and do not need to apply; they use the SFEC credit for qualifying enterprise transformation or employee capability-building programmes under the applicable scheme rules.

Official pages state that there is no application and provide the final claim date, but the claim documents depend on the underlying supportable programme or course.

  1. Confirm eligibility through the employer’s notification or the relevant official scheme route.
  2. Select a supportable programme or course and use the SFEC together with the underlying scheme.
  3. Complete the supported programme or course and submit the final claim to the respective agency by 30 November 2026.
  4. For training requiring a manual SFEC claim, log in to SkillsFuture for Business with Singpass/Corppass, enter the course run and trainee details, and upload invoices or receipts.

Before applying

  • The employer must satisfy the historical qualifying-period criteria, including the local employee condition.
