Who qualifies

• Organisation types: Natural person (worker, trainee, founder).
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 21 and above may apply; both employed and unemployed applicants are eligible if they can meet the training commitments, including assessments.
• The additional subsidy of up to 95% is for Singapore Citizens who are long-term unemployed for at least six months, receive ComCare Short-to-Medium-Term Assistance or Workfare Income Supplement, or are persons with disabilities.
• The training provider assesses course suitability before enrolment, and academic qualifications may be an assessment criterion.
• Trainees must pass assessments to qualify for the subsidy; those who fail requirements or exit without a valid reason may have to return course-fee subsidies received.
• Career advisory and employment assistance are provided, but employment is not guaranteed.

Maximum support: up to 95%.

Baseline course-fee funding is up to 70%; eligible Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above may receive up to 90% under MCES, while Singapore Citizens with greater needs may receive up to 95%.

Payment: Price reduced at point of purchase / course fee subsidy.
