Who qualifies

• Applicants should be accelerators, incubators or venture builders with a unique value proposition or programme and a strong track record in nurturing innovative startups.
• Applicants should be willing to base operations in Singapore, have a sustainable long-term revenue model and have a proven management team.
• Venture capitalist and consultancy firms will not be considered.

• Employee training, upskilling, course fees
• Recruiting, salary support, job redesign, career conversion
• Market entry, overseas marketing, trade fairs, internationalisation
