Who qualifies

  • Must be registered in Singapore.
  • Applicants must have a high-impact initiative that has demonstrated prior success and is ready to scale for sectoral impact.
  • Implementation period up to three years; organisational capacity costs require clear and justifiable plans.
  • Applicants must provide 20% co-funding, and total Government funding must not exceed 80% of qualifying project costs.
  • The SG Partnerships Fund does not fund commercial projects.

  • Core capabilities — strategy, HR, finance, branding, processes

Costs covered: Internal staff salary attributable to the project; Course fees and trainer costs; Space, incubation or facility rental; Marketing, advertising, trade-fair booth costs; Hardware, machinery, IT equipment; Physical materials and consumables consumed by the funded project (e.g. construction materials, prototypes); Third-party consultant or professional service fees; Audit, testing, certification, standards fees; Explain in notes.

Maximum support: up to 80%.

Applicants must provide 20% co-funding; total Government funding must not exceed 80% of qualifying project costs.

Recorded cap: S$1,000,000.

Payment: Paid before or at project start.
