Coffeeshop Toilet Grants

Who qualifies

• Applicants must be coffeeshop operators.
• Coffeeshops that commence toilet deep cleaning works under CTCG will no longer qualify for the Coffeeshop Toilet Renovation Grant (CTRG) thereafter.
• Coffeeshops with existing toilet deep cleaning contracts signed within the past year (2024-2025) will not qualify for CTCG.
• For CTCG, coffeeshop operators must engage a licensed cleaning company to carry out the specified works in CTCG Annex A.

Costs covered: Hardware, machinery, IT equipment; Physical materials and consumables consumed by the funded project (e.g. construction materials, prototypes); Explain in notes.

Grant quantum is published only in the infographics embedded on the CTCG and CTRG pages as images, so no figure is recorded here. CTCG supports up to 48 deep cleaning sessions for two-year contracts.

How to apply

Read the grant infographics and annexes on the CTCG or CTRG page and submit the application using FormSG. An applicant who is not the owner of the coffeeshop premises must also submit the owner's acknowledgement form (CTCG Annex B or CTRG Annex C) with the application.

The submission routes, annex titles and CTCG claim deadline are stated. Grant quantum and application steps are only in infographic images, while the linked annex PDFs are not vaulted; claim upload requirements therefore remain unverified.

1. Choose the grant: CTRG for toilet renovation to the mandatory design features, or CTCG for fortnightly deep cleaning.
2. For CTCG, engage a licensed cleaning company to carry out the scope specified in CTCG Annex A; for CTRG, refer to Annex A for the 13 mandatory design features (with specified price ranges for 3 items) and Annex B for the 9 non-mandatory features.
3. If the applicant is not the owner of the coffeeshop premises, complete the owner's acknowledgement form (CTCG Annex B / CTRG Annex C) to submit with the application.
4. Submit the application using FormSG.

• For CTCG, the coffeeshop must not have signed a toilet deep cleaning contract within the past year (2024-2025).

Claiming support

Submit CTCG claims at https://go.gov.sg/nea-ctcgclaim or CTRG claims at https://go.gov.sg/nea-ctrgclaim; refer to CTCG Annex C or CTRG Annex D for claim requirements.

For CTCG, deep cleaning is performed twice a month; after six months (12 deep cleaning sessions) claims must be submitted within three months of the 12th deep cleaning session.
