Who qualifies
- Organisation types: Natural person (worker, trainee, founder).
- Must possess relevant training/education and professional experience with outstanding achievements in Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Literary Arts, Design and/or Media.
- Must have made significant local contributions with a strong track record of leadership-level engagement, and have concrete future plans in Singapore's arts sector.
- Must demonstrate good character and the ability to be a role model for peers.

How to apply
Email the completed Application Form with a copy of your CV to NAC_Feedback@nac.gov.sg, or post to NAC. If successful, applicants must complete ICA's online PR Application Form; ICA remains the final authority on all PR applications.
- Confirm you meet all minimum criteria (training/experience, local contributions, future plans in Singapore's arts sector).
- Submit the completed Application Form with a copy of your CV to NAC_Feedback@nac.gov.sg, or by post to NAC, 90 Goodman Road, Goodman Arts Centre, Blk A, #01-01, Singapore 439053.
- Provide additional documents if NAC requests them for further assessment.
- If successful, complete ICA's online PR Application Form; ICA is the final authority on the PR decision.
