Who qualifies

  • Must be registered in Singapore.
  • Company revenue must be at least S$5 million in the latest financial year.
  • At least one participant must be a Founder, Owner or Successor of the business.
  • Each company may nominate up to two participants: one Founder/Owner/Successor and one member of the management team.
  • Minimum local shareholding (%): 30.

What it funds

  • Core capabilities — strategy, HR, finance, branding, processes
  • Market entry, overseas marketing, trade fairs, internationalisation

Costs covered: Course fees and trainer costs.

Course fee averages S$26,000 per participant before subsidies; subsidised applicants pay approximately S$4,200 (incl. GST) per participant.

Payment: Price reduced at point of purchase / course fee subsidy.

How to apply

Prepare the named documents, complete the ELT application form, and submit it through the official online form; supplementary documents may be attached or sent to elt@enterprisesg.gov.sg.

  1. Prepare the ACRA Bizfile, company's financial statements for the most recent financial year, participant resumes, and organisation chart.
  2. Provide the information requested for the most recent four years, including shareholding details, turnover, operating profits, internationalisation track record, annual wages, employees and participant details.
  3. Submit the ELT application form and supplementary documents.
  4. Keep the application reference number and confirmation email; contact elt@enterprisesg.gov.sg if no acknowledgement arrives within one working day.
  5. If shortlisted, attend a follow-up discussion with the Programme Manager.
