How to apply

Apply to a participating financial institution, subject to its credit approval. The WCL, Fixed Assets, Venture Debt, Trade, Project and M&A pages also link to EnterpriseSG's Incentive Management System.

Official sub-scheme pages state the partner-FI workflow and some ESIMS routes, but do not list applicant document requirements or processing times.

  1. Choose the applicable EFS financing facility.
  2. Approach a participating financial institution and apply for the loan, subject to its credit approval.
  3. For the facilities that offer it, use the linked Enterprise Singapore Incentive Management System application route.

Claiming support

Borrowers repay 100% of the loan. After a default, the participating financial institution must follow its standard commercial recovery procedure, including realising security, before claiming from EnterpriseSG for the unrecovered amount in proportion to the risk-share.
