How to apply

The company applies to EDB via the EDB portal for a Tech@SG endorsement (or to Startup SG if 30% or more locally owned); after endorsement it submits individual Employment Pass applications to MOM through EP Online.

  1. Pre-application: incorporate a business entity with ACRA, obtain a CorpPass account, and check that the company meets the programme's eligibility criteria and has prepared the relevant information for the application form.
  2. Submit the Tech@SG application to EDB (or to Startup SG for companies with 30% or more local shareholding); EDB will review and advise the outcome within 10 to 15 working days.
  3. Set up an EP Online (EPOL) account if the company does not already have one; it takes five working days to process.
  4. After receiving EDB's endorsement, submit Employment Pass application(s) for employees via MOM's EP Online system; MOM advises the outcome within 21 working days.
