Application window: FAQ states the window opened 1 Aug 2022 with an original close of 31 Jul 2026; a separate, more prominent page note says the deadline 'has been extended to 31 Mar 2028'. Both statements are on the same live page (unresolved staleness in the source itself); closes uses the explicit extension note per schema guidance (never a superseded date).
