The First Tranche Application can be made after commencement of the Energy Improvement Works and is capped at 30% of the Maximum Grant Amount stated in the Letter of Acceptance; the Actual Grant Amount Application is made post-retrofit, after achieving Green Mark certification and completing verification, and pays the Actual Grant Amount less monies already disbursed under the First Tranche. If the Actual Grant Amount is later found to be less than the First Tranche already paid, the owner must repay BCA the difference within 3 months of written notification, with no further disbursement.
